HAMILTON, N.J. (CBSNewYork) — A New Jersey hospital security supervisor claims in a lawsuit she was sexually harassed by her boss and then punished when she complained.

Adrianne Russo, who works at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in Hamilton, alleges in the suit that her boss, Dave Gordon, sexually harassed her before she was pregnant. Then after her pregnancy, he “said breast-feeding is yucky, told her that if she got pregnant with another child that she would be … useless,” Russo’s attorney told 1010 WINS’ Rebecca Granet.

To breast-feed, Russo pumped in her private office. But after complaining to human resources about the harassment, she said she was told she had to pump in the lactation room in another part of the hospital.

She and her lawyer believe that order was done “as a showing of force not to mess with them.”

Russo said her boss was recently fired, but her attorney claims she can’t express as much milk at work because of the inconvenience and stress.
