Living legend Bob Gibson joined Boomer and Craig in the Allstate Studio on Tuesday morning to promote his new book, "Pitch by Pitch: My View of One Unforgettable Game."
The guys talked to the Hall of Famer about a whole host of subjects, including the coddling of today's pitchers, having to hold down a job during the offseason early in his career, his World Series prowess, playing for the Cardinals and meeting Jackie Robinson.
Gibson talked about approaching 80 years old and, of course, provided an answer to the burning question on everyone's mind: what is he benching?
When the topic of steroids came up, Gibson was very honest and admitted that if they were around/available when he was playing, the temptation may have been too great to avoid.
