In baseball terms, the Mets had what you would call a productive weekend, taking the first two games of the NLCS from the Cubs at Citi Field.

They used stellar starting pitching courtesy of Matt Harvey and Noah Syndergaard, while Daniel Murphy continued to play out of his mind.

Boomer and Craig were giddy from the start Monday morning and, really, how could they not be?

Boomer, as you know, is a dyed in the wool Mets fan and while Craig may seem to flip-flop his allegiance now and again, make no mistake about it, he, too, is all in with the Amazins.

Adding to the fun, the Jets improved to 4-1 with a 34-20 win over the Redskins and the Giants will be in Philly Monday night to wrap-up Week 6 with a showdown against the Eagles.

And there you have it. All you need to start your week off with a bang.
