Goats Seen Roaming On Garden State Parkway Captured, Now At Popcorn Park Zoo
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- These goats are no longer on the lam.
Two goats spotted roaming on the Garden State Parkway Wednesday were captured Thursday morning.
Drivers had reported several goat sightings on the side of the road -- expressing their excitement and curiosity on social media, CBS2's Elise Finch reported.
"It was kind of funny because people were calling but weren't sure what they were dogs or deer," Veronica Ehrenspeck, of the Associated Humane Societies of NJ, said.
"That's just really weird," Taina Brantley, of Sparta, said. "I wonder how they got there you know."
The goats are now at the Popcorn Park Zoo.
