Boomer & Carton: Legendary Roger Staubach Joins The Guys

In addition to being a Hall of Fame quarterback, Roger Staubach attended the United States Naval Academy before serving a tour of duty in Vietnam.

So rather fittingly, "Roger the Dodger" joined Boomer & Carton on Veterans Day to talk about our armed forces, as well as the sport of football.

The guys managed to get Mr. Staubach to talk about Cowboys' troubled pass rusher Greg Hardy, but the former Heisman Trophy winner chose not to answer the "Eli or Romo, who ya' got?" debate, citing close relationships with both parties.

Before saying goodbye, Roger somewhat reluctantly relived the story of getting sucker-punched by his former teammate, Clint Longley.
