NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — A man is accused of shooting at his neighbor’s home on Long Island.

“Defendent Colucci was placed under arrest at his home without further incident,” said Nassau County police officer Jean Deluca. “The semi-automatic rifle, two magazines, and numerous shell casings were recovered at scene. Defendent Colucci is being charged with reckless endangerment, first degree.”

But according to court documents, authorities said the 59-year-old admitted he fired the shots after he had been drinking.
