NEW YORK ( CBSNewYork) — A deadly shooting in San Bernardino that left upwards of 14 dead and 18 wounded is already considered the third deadliest shooting in the United States in the last 20 years.

The San Bernardino shooting takes the place of the 1999 Columbine shooting, where there were 13 fatalities. The Fort Hood shooting in 2009 also had 13 fatalities.

According to the website ShootingTracker.com, there have been at least 351 mass shootings in the U.S. this year.

There were 365 mass shootings in 2013, and 336 mass shootings in 2014, according to the website.
