Dietitian Dishes On Foods That Can Help Fight The Flu

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- The unseasonably warm weather has caused a delay on the flu season, but according to the Center for Disease Control, flu activity doesn't often peak until February.

While it's not too late to get vaccinated, there are also other things you can do to protect yourself.

Registered dietitian Pat Baird stopped by the CBS2 studio on Saturday with a few flu fighting foods you should have stocked in your kitchen to help protect you and your family.
