Jets' Ivory Heading To Pro Bowl, Thanks To Injury To Bills' McCoy

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork/AP) — New York Jets running back Chris Ivory has been added to the Pro Bowl roster, replacing injured Buffalo Bills running back LeSean McCoy.

Ivory was named a first alternate when Pro Bowl selections were announced on Dec. 22.

It's the first time Ivory will participate in the game, which will be played Jan. 31 at Aloha Stadium in Hawaii.

Ivory ran for a career-high and AFC-leading 1,070 yards and rushed for seven touchdowns this season, his third with New York. He also caught a career-best 30 passes for 217 yards and a TD.

Ivory joins Jets teammates defensive end Muhammad Wilkerson, cornerback Darrelle Revis, wide receiver Brandon Marshall and center Nick Mangold on the Pro Bowl roster. Wilkerson and Revis will sit out the game because of injuries.
