Mike Singletary interviewed for, but will not be the Giants' next linebackers coach.

Instead, Bill McGovern will join Ben McAdoo's staff, having held the same position with the Eagles since 2013.

Whether or not Singletary was offered the job and declined, or was never actually offered the position in the first place is unknown at this point. Both parties have shared conflicting accounts.
