HOBOKEN, N.J. (CBSNewYork) -- The body of a 24-year-old man who was reported missing in Hoboken during the blizzard this past weekend was found in the Hudson River, police said.

Hoboken police said late Tuesday afternoon that Matthew Genovese's wallet and keys were found about 150 feet from the water. The body was also found wearing the same clothes Genovese was last seen wearing, police said.

Before the discovery, missing person posters were put up in the window at McSwiggan's Pub on First Street, where Genovese parted with three friends around 11:30 p.m. on the night of the blizzard, WCBS 880's Marla Diamond reported.

Police said there were no visual signs of trauma or criminality.

Police were reviewing surveillance video.

Hoboken Police Sgt. Ed Cruz said in an email that they are actively pursuing the investigation.
