NEW YORK (CBSNewYork/AP) — A baby sitter has been charged with first-degree murder in the death of a 17-month-old Staten Island boy who was beaten and tortured.

Gloria Fields, 31, was indicted Tuesday. Prosecutors say a grand jury found she killed Anthony Delgado intentionally and in an especially cruel manner. She has pleaded not guilty.
