Girl Says Man Groped Her On R-Train, Followed Her Off At Brooklyn Stop

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police are looking for a man who groped a teenage girl on a northbound R Train last week.

The 15-year-old girl was sitting on the train at 4th Ave and 36th Street in Brooklyn, just before 8 a.m. on April 6, when a man boarded the train. He sat down next to her, and began to rub her thigh and lower back, police said.

The girl got off the train at the DeKalb Avenue Station. The suspect followed her and continued to rub her back until she exited the station and lost sight of him.

The suspect has been described as Asian and in his 20s.
