Man Struck, Killed By Vehicle In Bayonne, N.J.

BAYONNE, N.J. (CBSNewYork) -- A Jersey City man was struck and killed by a vehicle late Wednesday in Bayonne, police said.

The 43-year-old man was struck Wednesday afternoon on Kennedy Boulevard between 30th and 31st streets in Bayonne, police said.

He was getting into his car when he was struck by a pickup truck, police said. The pickup driver also struck two vehicles after striking the man, police said.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene, police said. His name had not been released late Wednesday.

There were no reports of other injuries, and there had been no arrests in the incident as of late Wednesday night.
