Cinco De Mayo Food Dishes

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Cinco de Mayo commemorates the Mexican army's victory over France during a battle back in 1862.

While it is not a major holiday in Mexico, here in the United States it has evolved into a festive celebration of Mexican culture.

Head chef Manny Cueto, of the Upper East Side's Selena Rosa Mexicano, showed CBS2 how to make some dishes you'll be proud to have at your Cinco de Mayo party.
