NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Everybody is getting into the spirit of Star Wars Day, including stars of the blockbuster Broadway musical "Hamilton."

Fans waiting in line for the "Ham4Ham" ticket lottery in front of the Richard Rodgers Theater were treated to a special performance Wednesday by the show's creator, Lin-Manuel Miranda.

Miranda brought out J.J. Abrams, director of "The Force Awakens," to help him perform a song he wrote for the newest "Star Wars" movie.
