$30,000 Mother's Day Groupon Lets You Send Your Mom A 3D Model Of Yourself

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- If you can't be there in person for Mother's Day, how about sending a replica of yourself?

Manufacturing company SWIGRO has teamed up with Groupon to offer consumers a chance to get a 3D-printed model of themselves sent straight to their moms for the special holiday.

"And while your mom can't claim this life-size replica of you as a dependent on her taxes, she will be able to take it to the movies, drive in the carpool lane, and tell it all about how Darlene is really more of a friend than a hairdresser," the Groupon offer reads.

The deal includes a life-size 3D-printed model of yourself, plus a round trip to Alaska where you can get scanned for blueprints.

But it's definitely not cheap --  if you want to get in on the special holiday offer, you'll have to shell out $30,000.
