2 Teens Charged In Attack On Man In Hell's Kitchen
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Two teenage boys have now been charged with attacking and beating a man in Hell's Kitchen last month.
Brian Urbaez, 16, and Jahlique Chavers, 17, were both charged with assault, police said. Urbaez was arrested this past Thursday, Chavers on Monday.
At 12:25 a.m. on Saturday, April 23, a 36-year-old man was standing outside of 530 W. 45th St., between Tenth and Eleventh avenues, when he was attacked by the four suspects and beaten with an unknown object, police said.
The man suffered injuries to the face during the attack and was treated at Mount Sinai West Hospital, the suspects fled the location.
Police said earlier that they were looking for a total of four suspects, all described as black males between the ages of 16 and 20 weighing about 160 pounds and were wearing dark shirts and dark pants.
