NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — A man who was spotted as victim of a possible abduction in the Bronx was reported safe Wednesday morning, police said.

Police said they received a report from a witness who saw the 33-year-old victim being assaulted and eventually abducted at gunpoint by four suspects at 1326 Gillespie Avenue at around 3:19 p.m. Tuesday afternoon.

The suspects sped off in a silver Chrysler Town and Country with the victim inside, police said.

According to police, the victim walked into the 45 Precinct on his own accord and with no injuries.
