Summer Camps Placed On Lockdown As Norwalk Police Search For Assault Suspect
NORWALK, Conn. (CBSNewYork) - Norwalk Police are searching for a suspect following an assault near a summer camp, prompting a lockdown.
The incident took place on Highland Avenue, near Roton Middle School, which also hosts summer camps.
The camps were placed on lockdown following the attack.
Police say the suspect is a white male in his 50s, has short, white spikey hair, is red faced, heavy set, and was wearing a yellow shirt, jean shorts and white sneakers.
