NYPD: Man Sexually Assaults 6-Year-Old Girl In Lower East Side Apartment Stairwell
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork)-- Police are searching for man who they say sexually assaulted a 6-year-old girl on the Lower East Side.
Police said the man approached the child around 8 p.m. Saturday inside an apartment building on Henry Street on the first floor stairwell and then exposed his penis and rubbed it on her face.
The suspect is described as a dark-skinned man who was last seen wearing a red t-shirt and baseball cap.
