Added Security At Livingston High School After Facebook Threat
LIVINGSTON, N.J. (CBSNewYork) -- Security has been heightened after a threat was made against a New Jersey high school.
A message posted to Facebook on Sunday night threatened to "shoot up" Livingston High School, CBS2 reported.
The school superintendent is reassuring families that there is no credible threat, and the increased police presence is a precaution.
Classes and activities went on as planned Monday.
The Essex County Prosecutor's Office is investigating the threat.
