10/23 CBS2 Sunday Evening Weather Headlines

It was a gorgeous - albeit windy - autumn Sunday across the Tri-State. While it was a warmer day with temps in the mid 50s-low 60s, the winds were still whipping with some gusts as high as 55 mph. The winds will ease tonight and clouds will move in ahead of a weak disturbance. A few spotty showers are possible overnight, but the best bet is north & east of NYC. Expect a low temp of 52 in Central Park with 40s elsewhere.
After a few clouds tomorrow morning, the sun will return and we'll warm back up to a seasonably cool high of 60 degrees. Looking like a gorgeous Monday overall after early clouds.
Tuesday is looking like a another beauty, but it will be a few degrees cooler with temps only topping off in the lower 50s. Factor in some breezes at times and there will be a chill in the air. One thing is for sure, autumn's in full swing.
Have a great night!
