L.I. Dentist Charged With Groping Patient's Breasts During Exam

HUNTINGTON STATION, N.Y. (CBSNewYork) -- A Long Island dentist was arrested and charged Friday with touching a woman's breasts while he was giving her an exam.

Suffolk County police alleged that Aziz Khan was performing an exam on the woman at Family Dentistry, at 1757 New York Ave. in Huntington Station, on Sept. 12, when he inappropriately touched the woman.

The patient tried to remove Khan's hand, but he kept it on her breast, police alleged.

The dentist then put his hand on the patient's other breast and squeezed, police said.

The woman protested and the dentist took his hands away, police said.

Khan, 65, of Dix Hills, was arrested at his office around 4:10 p.m. Friday, police said. He was charged with forcible touching, police said.

Khan was released on bail and was to be arraigned at Suffolk County First District Court in Central Islip on Jan. 10, 2017.
