NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — A suspect has been arrested in connection with an Upper Manhattan robbery and sex assault.

Yenson Reyes, 35, is charged with robbery, burglary, criminal sex act and unlawful imprisonment, police said.

Reyes is accused of attacking a 26-year-old woman in her second floor apartment on West 213th Street in Inwood Sunday night.

The victim told police she was Skyping with her husband, who was out of town, when she heard footsteps in another room.

Police said the suspect threatened her with a screwdriver and then sexually assaulted her. Police said he made off with a laptop computer, two cell phones, a debit card and $300 in cash.

The victim was taken to the hospital for evaluation.
