NYPD: 65-Year-Old McDonald's Employee Assaulted While Cleaning Bathroom
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- A 65-year-old female McDonald's employee was assaulted by two other woman as she was cleaning the bathroom at the fast food chain's Times Square location, police said.
According to police, the incident happened at around 7 p.m. on Oct. 29, at the McDonald's location on 42nd Street between 7th and 8th Avenues.
The victim was not seriously injured and refused medical attention, police said.
No arrests have been made. Surveillance images of the suspects can be viewed above.
