Another Water Main Break In Hoboken Causes Commuter Headaches In Hoboken
HOBOKEN, N.J. (CBSNewYork) -- Crews are working to fix a 12-inch water main break in Hoboken.
It happened just before 5 a.m. Thursday morning on Willow Avenue and 16th Street.
During the morning rush hour, cars traveling over the Willow Avenue Bridge, which leads into the Lincoln Tunnel, had to navigate through standing water.

One lane is open in both directions on Willow Avenue as crews continue to make repairs, city spokesperson Juan Melli said. Drivers can expect some delays.
Luckily, the area is industrial with little disturbance to daily life, other than narrowing of traffic lanes, CBS2's Magdalena Doris reported.
Suez Water Company has not completely shut down the water because of a dialysis center on the corner.
"We have not shut the main down completely, we have exercised the valve to slow the pressure down," Suez spokesperson Treva Spencer said.
Officials said all water in Hoboken is safe to drink.
Suez said they've seen approximately 20 water main breaks in Hoboken this year alone.
The cause of the latest break is under investigation.
