Best Of Mike & Mad Dog: A 2009 Reunion At Yankee Stadium

NEW YORK (WFAN) -- Mike and the Mad Dog are holding their most formal reunion Wednesday night at Radio City Music Hall, but it's not the first time they've teamed up since their show ended in 2008.

On Oct. 16, 2009, a little more than a year after their 19-year on-air run ended, Chris "Mad Dog" Russo appeared as a guest on Mike Francesa's WFAN show, which was on location from the ALCS at Yankee Stadium.

The show opened up with the Mike and the Mad Dog theme song.

"I have arrived! I have returned!" Russo then jokes.

"Well, I think this will put the kibosh on the idea that you and I hate each other," Mad Dog said later.

"Which has never been true," Francesa adds.
