Bicyclist Struck By Hit-And-Run Driver On Manhattan's West Side
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police are searching for a driver they say hit a bicyclist on Manhattan's West Side and drove away.
The crash happened around 2:50 a.m. Saturday on West 57th Street, between 10th and 11th Avenue in Hell's Kitchen.
Police say they are looking for a black vehicle.
"He pressed the brakes so hard the bike flipped like upside down onto the other side," one witness said.
The bicyclist was taken to New York Hospital.
There was no word on his or her condition.
