Yorkshire Terrier Found In Staten Island Dumpster
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- The NYPD is offering a $2,500 to find the person who left a dog in a dumpster on Staten Island.
The Yorkshire Terrier was found in a dumpster on the corner of Westfield Avenue and Bloomingdale Road back on July 26.
