Videos: Explosion Under Port Authority Bus Terminal
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- One person is in custody after an improvised pipe bomb exploded during the morning rush Monday near the Port Authority Bus Terminal.
The NYPD said on Twitter that it happened at 42nd Street and 8th Avenue. Police said "one male suspect is in custody" and said no other injuries other than the suspect have been reported.
