“We’ve had some pretty fine broadcasters walking the halls of this building and I got to know some of them and sometimes, in fact almost every day I learned something from them,” Osgood told WCBS880’s Alex Silverman. “From the Walter Cronkites and Charles Kuralt and sometimes they’d make suggestions to me about how I could make my work better.”READ MORE: Child Hospitalized After Being Struck By Vehicle In Brooklyn
Last week, the longtimeWCBS Newsradio 880 personality announced he’s ending the feature for health reasons.
