Driver Pinned After Cement Truck Flips Over On Staten Island
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) - Emergency responders rushed to the scene in an effort to free a driver after a cement truck overturned on Staten Island.
The truck overturned shortly after noon near the toll plaza of the Bayonne Bridge.
The driver was pulled from the truck and rushed to an area hospital in serious condition.
The crash caused traffic changes in the area.
