NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- The day music fans and some of the hottest performers of the past year have been waiting for is here.
About The Show
The GRAMMY Awards take the stage in the Big Apple for the first time in 15 years starting at 6:30 p.m. ET with Grammy Red Carpet Live, and then the official 60th Annual Grammy Awards show at 7:30 p.m. ET.

A-List artists will be walking the red carpet, including GRAMMY nominees Jay-Z and Beyonce, plus Sir Elton John and Miley Cyrus will be taking the stage for a duet performance. And lest we forget the hometown celebrities making an appearance, including the South Bronx's Cardi B who's up for two rap awards and Maplewood, New Jersey's own SZA, nominated for best female artist.
"I'm really excited about Pink, Gaga, there's so many," host James Corden told CBS2.

With stars expected to start showing up at Madison Square Garden Sunday afternoon, the arena was set and ready to rock for the awards' 60th year. The stars have been gearing up all week, with Corden rehearsing in the glammed up Garden ahead of the big show.
On Saturday, exclusive events popped up across New York City. Brooklyn native Jay-Z was honored with the GRAMMY salute to music industry icons, adding to the eight awards he's up for Sunday night.
"I'm super humble, super appreciating, and everybody here tonight thank you so much for this award," he told an adoring crowd.
Security will be extra tight, with a full counter-terrorism overlay in place tailored specifically to the world's most famous arena. Plainclothes and uniformed officers will be out in full force, plus many barriers set up to prevent truck attacks.
How To Watch The GRAMMY Awards
To watch the GRAMMY Awards, you'll need to find a streaming service that not only offers CBS, but a live feed of CBS and not just on-demand content. In many markets, you can watch on-demand but not live content from CBS and the other local networks.
Free Over-The-Air On CBS 2
If you live in an area with good reception, you can watch for free on over-the-air broadcast channels just by attaching an affordable (under $30) indoor antenna to nearly any TV to watch CBS.
CBS All Access
You can watch the GRAMMYs on CBS All Access if you live in one of these 185 markets where the service offers live TV. CBS All Access costs $5.99 a month (or $9.99 a month for no commercials during on-demand shows), but there is a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. It's available on a wide variety of streaming devices, including Apple TV ($179.00 at Apple), Amazon Fire TV ($69.99 at Amazon.com), Google Chromecast and Roku. PlayStation Vue
The $40 Access plan of Sony's live streaming service includes CBS. Channel lineups vary by region, so check out which live, local networks you get on the PlayStation Vue Plans page.
DirecTV Now
DirecTV Now's basic, $35-a-month Live a Little package includes CBS. You can use its channel lookup tool to see if you get a live feed of CBS and the other local networks in your zip code.
Hulu With Live TV
Hulu with Live TV costs $40 a month and includes CBS, but check to see which live channels Hulu offers in your area.
YouTube TV
YouTube TV costs $35 a month and includes live local channels, including CBS. It's available in dozens of major metro markets, with more being added all the time.
