NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — A teenager who works at Bryant Park stood accused Sunday of threatening to carry out an attack at the ice rink.

Police said Emmanuel Nival, 17, made the threat on Instagram.

Naval’s supervisor noticed it and called police.

The suspect has been charged with aggravated harassment.
