NYPD Warns Harlem Residents About 'Simulated Explosion'

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) - If you hear a loud explosion in Harlem Tuesday afternoon, don't be alarmed.

A television show is being filmed at 28 Macombs Place, and the NYPD says a "simulated explosion" will occur between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m.
