Smoke-Free Policy Begins At All NYCHA Buildings

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Starting Monday, NYCHA's more than 400,000 tenants won't be able to smoke any tobacco products within 25 feet of buildings.

People caught violating the rule could be evicted.
