Delta Airlines Flight Makes Emergency Landing At JFK Airport
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) – A Delta Airlines flight made an emergency landing Thursday morning at John F. Kennedy International Airport.
Smoke could be seen coming from the brakes as it arrived.
Delta said Flight 472 from Sao Paulo landed safely and was towed to the gate because of a "potential mechanical issue."
No injuries were reported.
It was unclear whether this affected service at the airport.
