NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) – The most important part of a Thanksgiving feast is the turkey.

But for many, the task of actually cooking the festive beast can be overwhelming.

Luckily, Stew Leonard Jr. – the CEO of Stew Leonard’s – brought chef Bob Langkammerer with him to the CBS2 studios to show Andrea Grymes and Cindy Hsu how to prepare the perfect Thanksgiving turkey.
