Authorities Investigate Cause Of Tribeca Car Fires

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) – Several cars burst into flames Saturday in Tribeca.

Firefighters were called around 6 p.m. to Laight Street.

Two cars were destroyed. Another was damaged.

Authorities said a window in a nearby building was also blown out.

No one was hurt.

It's unclear what sparked the fire. The cause is under investigation.
