Firefighter Injured Battling Overnight Blaze In Montclair, N.J.

MONTCLAIR, N.J. (CBSNewYork) – A firefighter was injured when flames ripped through a luxury home overnight in Montclair, New Jersey.

Crews were called around 12:45 a.m. to Llewellyn Road near Eagle Rock Way.

At least one person was inside the house and escaped unharmed. The firefighter's injury was described as minor.

The 3,100 square foot home was built in the 1920s, CBS2 Aundrea Cline-Thomas reported.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
