Police: Woman Wanted For Back-To-Back Bank Robberies In Yonkers
YONKERS, N.Y. (CBSNewYork) - Police are searching for a woman they say robbed two banks just minutes apart Thursday in Yonkers.
She allegedly held up an HSBC Bank and then a Tompkins Mahopac Bank around 3:30 p.m. on Yonkers Avenue. The banks sit across the street from each other.
Police said in both instances, the woman handed tellers a note but did not display a weapon.
Surveillance video exclusively obtained by CBS2 shows her running from the scene.
