Hudson River Boat Basin Cafe Closed
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) - A popular waterfront restaurant on the Upper West Side has shut its doors, after more than 20 years.
The Boat Basin Cafe at 79th Street has closed, just as the city gets ready to begin a construction project there.
Crews are reconstructing the boat basin rotunda along the Hudson River waterfront, where the restaurant has operated since 1997.
The restaurant has already shut down its social media pages and restaurant website.
