LI Man Charged With Animal Cruelty After Kittens Found Dead Near Trash Chute

MINEOLA, N.Y. (CBSNewYork) – A Long Island man is accused of killing several kittens and cats.

The animals were discovered near a trash chute at the Porter Regency building on Lincoln Avenue in Mineola.

Police said they suffered blunt force trauma and were bound with duct tape.

Justin Visconti, 37, was charged with four counts of aggravated cruelty to animals.
