TRENTON, N.J. (CBSNewYork) – New Jersey confirmed 1,759 COVID-19 infections in the previous 24 hours, raising the state’s total to 137,085 cases.

New Jersey saw 166 coronavirus-related deaths in the past 24 hours, to a total a 9,116 deaths since the pandemic outbreak began eight weeks ago.

  • Bergen County: 16,804 confirmed cases (1,348 deaths)
  • Hudson County: 16,675 confirmed cases (954 deaths)
  • Essex County: 15,365 confirmed cases (1,414 deaths)
  • Passaic County: 14,428 confirmed cases (734 deaths)
  • Union County: 13,984 confirmed cases (852 deaths)
  • Middlesex County: 13,759 confirmed cases (759 deaths)
  • Ocean County: 7,366 confirmed cases (522 deaths)
  • Monmouth County: 6,815 confirmed cases (439 deaths)
  • Morris County: 5,833 confirmed cases (511 deaths)
