3rd Annual 'Sisters for The Cure' Event Held Virtually

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- The third annual Sisters for the Cure event was held Saturday.

CBS2's Elise Finch and Aundrea Cline-Thomas joined Susan G. Komen of Greater NYC for the virtual brunch.

The goal was raising awareness on the importance of breast cancer screenings and early detection among African-American women.

The next event is the virtual Race for the Cure on Sept. 13.
