NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — Shattered glass littered the street after a window frame fell from a building in Midtown Manhattan on Thursday evening.

It happened at West 58th Street and Sixth Avenue around 5 p.m.

Strong wind and heavy rain were forecasted in the Tri-State Area, but the FDNY could not confirm if the incident was weather related.
