NEW HAVEN, Conn. (CBSNewYork) — The Justice Department dropped an affirmative action lawsuit against Yale University on Wednesday.
It was originally filed by the Trump administration last October.

The Justice Department says it will continue to monitor Yale’s compliance with anti-discrimination laws.
