Sources: 78-Year-Old Woman Found Dead With Cuts To Head, Machete Nearby In Queens Apartment
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- A 78-year-old woman was found dead inside a bedroom in Queens on Wednesday.
It happened inside an apartment on Hillside Avenue near 219th Street.
Police identified the victim as Maria Diaz.
Sources say she was found with cuts to her head and a machete nearby. So far, no arrests have been made.
