NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — A highly anticipated movie set in Manhattan’s Washington Heights will kick off this summer’s Tribeca Film Festival.

The movie adaptation of Lin-Manuel Miranda‘s musical “In The Heights” will headline opening night on June 9. It will be shown at the United Palace theater in Washington Heights.

In a first at the 20th annual festival, the movie will be screened in all five boroughs at multiple outdoor venues.
